I am currently a PhD candidate at the Dept of Human Geography. I hold a MSc in Environmental Studies and Sustainability Science from Lund University and a BA in Development Studies from Padua University, Italy. My research interests are at the crossroads between gender contracts, small scale farming in Eastern Africa, adaptation to climate change, situated knowledge and landscape investments. These are at the core of my PhD project. My work also entails research and teaching on feminist research methods, planning and gender, postdevelopment theories and urban justice.
