Description

I received an M.A. in Archaeology from Lund University in 2007. I have also studied Anthropology and Archaeology at the University of California at Santa Barbara, USA (2004-2005), and at Bilkent University, Turkey (2007). Since 2008, I have been involved with The Kalaureia Research Program in Poros, Greece. Since 2010, I am connected to the Research School of Studies in Cultural History at Stockholm University.

My main research interest is the history of Swedish archaeology in the Mediterranean. My forthcoming thesis with the title Kalaureia 1894. People, places and things around the first Swedish excavation in Greece explores interdisciplinary ways to write the history of archaeology.
